This month the nation will recognize and celebrate the contributions members of Asian America & Pacific Islander (AAPI) have made to the benefit of us all. A New Season Begins
The congregation of Calvary Korean United Methodist Church is pleased to announce that Rev. Dr. Grace Pak has accepted a position as Pastor for Calvary English Ministry (CEM). She hopes to help lead, teach and grow the CEM congregation to be an agent for positive change and development in the East Brunswick community.
Changes at Calvary KUMC
2022 will see several changes in leadership at Calvary KUMC. Most notably we’ll welcome new Senior Pastor Rev. Jung Ung Moon. We also thank Rev. Taegun Wang for all his love, support and leadership during his time at Calvary. And we are wishing Pastor Bo Hwan Wang all the very best as we thank him for all his love and support for CalvaryEM and Calvary Youth Group.
Maundy Thursday
On Thursday, April 14 members of Calvary English Ministry were joined by others from the greater Calvary Korean United Methodist Church to celebrate Maundy Thursday with a Passover Seder meal. Thanks to Rev. Dr. Grace Pak for organizing the event and to her husband, Dan Pak for taking so many wonderful pictures. (See all of Dan’s pictures here)

As we watch the tragic events in Ukraine from so far away, many of us are wondering what we can do to help. The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) has already mobilized effort to help those trying to escape the fighting and those who may be caught in the wake of the Russian invasion.
