The congregation of Calvary Korean United Methodist Church is pleased to announce that Rev. Dr. Grace Pak has accepted a position as Pastor for Calvary English Ministry (CEM). She hopes to help lead, teach and grow the CEM congregation to be an agent for positive change and development in the East Brunswick community.
2022 will see several changes in leadership at Calvary KUMC. Most notably we’ll welcome new Senior Pastor Rev. Jung Ung Moon. We also thank Rev. Taegun Wang for all his love, support and leadership during his time at Calvary. And we are wishing Pastor Bo Hwan Wang all the very best as we thank him for all his love and support for CalvaryEM and Calvary Youth Group.
Ukrainian Methodist Pastor Volodymyr Prokip speaks about what daily life is like, how God is leading him and the people of Ukraine as he helps refugees from the fighting.

God of Love and Compassion: We have come to ask for your protection for a people and a nation invaded by the machinery of war. We pray for those who flee to safety with the most vulnerable, even as they tearfully leave behind husbands and wives, daughters and sons who choose to defend their country and their homes. As they face the myriad challenges and decisions that each day is destined to bring, may they be anchored by their faith, protected by your presence, and comforted by the knowledge that they are loved by you and by a world-wide community of support. We bless them in your name, and look forward to an end to this conflict, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Calvary English Ministry hosted members of the Calvary YAEM and Calvary Youth Group for a Good Friday service on Friday April 15. Thank you to Rev. Dr. Grace Pak, Pastor Bo Hwang Wang & Pastor Paul Baek for their leadership. Thank you to all the presenters for helping to make this service so special for everyone. On Thursday, April 14 members of Calvary English Ministry were joined by others from the greater Calvary Korean United Methodist Church to celebrate Maundy Thursday with a Passover Seder meal.
